Glass Brothers was established in 1963 and specialise in growing and processing bramley apples. Glass Brothers manage our own extensive bramley apple orchards under a dedicated orchard management system. These bramley orchards are located in the heart of Co Armagh located in Northern Ireland.

We can demonstrate complete traceability from the bramley apple orchard to the finished product. At Glass Brothers we have our own long term cold storage facility which allows bramley apples to be used for all our products throughout the year.

The bramley apple is renowned as the best cooking apple in the UK.  We use the bramley apple to make various products, from slices to sauce, ready to use pie fillings to fresh chilled pieces.  We work with our customers to ensure they have the correct apple for their product.
